plant engineering
Still surprising for many, it has long been a matter of course for our company that environmentally friendly packaging technologies must be implemented for our customers. In times of limited resources and raw materials, responsible environmental management is the focus of every company. With renewed sustainability and responsibility for our planet, the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials must be planned right from the start of product development.
In addition to the well-known PE products, comparable film products have also been available for some time based on renewable raw materials. As a result of the low demand in industry and trade to date, environmentally friendly packaging films are now increasingly coming to the fore as a result of current discussions.
The proportion of renewable raw materials can almost replace conventional plastic or be added proportionally, e.g. greater than 20 or greater 85 percent made from renewable raw material. Thanks to comparable material properties, your previous films can be replaced in many applications.
With increasing demand and production, the switch to films made from renewable raw materials is happening almost by itself! Many applications do not require the conversion of existing systems.
General properties and benefits of PE
Polyethylene, or PE for short, is the most commonly manufactured plastic in the world. Today, you can find him in all areas of everyday life: bottles, cling film, trash bags, shopping bags, but also pipes, children's toys and clothespins are made from the versatile plastic.
With our packaging equipment, we produce bag packaging from PE films in order to package a wide range of products from a wide range of sectors of industry and trade under the following criteria:
Pure PE has many advantages: It insulates well, is resistant to aggressive substances and resistant to mechanical effects. PE withstands tropical as well as polar temperatures, is tear-resistant and — it may surprise some — is also environmentally friendly in terms of disposal and recycling.
When burned or rotted, PE does not produce pollutants that pollute air, soil or groundwater. As a thermoplastic material, it can also be melted down again almost indefinitely and processed into new products.

conclusion
PE films are absolutely harmless to the environment. They can be disposed of with the other waste without hesitation.
